editors, applicants etc. - do not have the opportunity to
attend training courses. Therefore our products are expertly
designed to minimise the need for training and orientation.
Over and above intuitive design, our learn-as-you-go strategy
for infrequent users includes well-placed and printable help
text, guided video demos and an FAQ section for all of our
products.
For system administrators we have a package of self-paced
and guided demos. In addition onsite training
courses are available.
